Parking – Our pension offers a limited number of free parking spaces in a private, secured parking area.
The access code for the barrier is available at the reception.
Reception – Open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Outside these hours, especially in case of bad weather, please call +36 99 540 250.
Key card – The doors of our rooms are equipped with magnetic key cards. In case of technical issues, please contact the reception.
Check-in – Available between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
Check-out – Until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Late check-out – Available for a fee and subject to availability. Please inform the reception.
Payment methods – Cash (Forint, Euro), bank card, credit card, SZÉP card, bank transfer.
Breakfast buffet – Available daily from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Highchair – Upon request, we provide a highchair in the breakfast room free of charge.
Drinks – Chilled beverages can be requested at the reception, or upon request, we can stock the minibar in your room. Please refer to the price list for details.
Internet, Wi-Fi Service – Available free of charge in all rooms and public areas.
Our pension has three Wi-Fi extenders installed. Please connect to the strongest signal.
You can use the same password to connect to any extender.

Cleaning – Rooms are cleaned daily. If you do not wish to have your room cleaned, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door handle.
Blankets, Pillows – In addition to the bedding provided, you can request extra blankets or pillows at the reception or from our staff.
Towels – Small and large towels are available in the room. Additional towels for the pool can be requested.
Bedding – Changed at least twice a week.
Daily bedding change – Available upon request. Please contact the reception or our staff.
Extra bed, baby cot – If you require an extra bed or baby cot, please inform us during booking or at the reception.
TV channels – A list of available channels can be found in the room folder. The remote control is provided in the room. If you experience any technical issues, our staff will be happy to assist you.
Radio – Available through the TV. Please use the channel selection buttons. Our staff is happy to assist if needed.
Air conditioning – Equipped with heating, cooling, and fan functions. If you have any questions about its operation, please contact our staff.
Safe – Available in every room with an instruction manual. Our staff is happy to provide technical support if needed.
At the reception – Sewing kits, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are available upon request. Umbrellas can also be requested at the reception.
Bicycle rental – Please inform the reception if you are interested. This service is free of charge.
Secure bicycle storage – Your bicycle can be stored safely in our locked garden shed.
Mini football – Small goals and a football are available seasonally in the garden. Badminton rackets can be requested at the reception.
Barbecue in the garden – Grilling is possible in the garden area with garden furniture on the covered terrace.
Infrared sauna – Activated upon request. Please inform the reception if you wish to use it.
Wellness garden – Sauna, jacuzzi, and wooden bath are available. Due to limited capacity, please let the reception know when you would like to use these facilities.
Bathrobe – If you require a bathrobe, please inform the reception, and we will be happy to provide one.
Solarium – Available for a fee. Tokens can be purchased at the reception (1 token = 4 minutes for 250 HUF).
Garden pool – Seasonal. Loungers and umbrellas are available for our guests free of charge from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Discounted day ticket for SÁRA Thermal Bath – Available at the reception.
